Services

ProMed offers a range of services to clients, including event medical cover, film & TV unit medics, and first response emergency care training.

As well as providing staff to look after your customers, or your cast & crew, we offer a range of services to businesses to keep them compliant. We’ll visit your premises to carry out a needs assessment. You’ll then know what you require under The Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 – both for kits & trained staff. We’ll supply the first aid kits, too, or we’ll check your current items to make sure they’re all in-date.

Short-notice cover

ProMed can call on our large bank of professional staff at short notice, if required.

This means that we are often able to provide medical cover and/or transport when you have a last-minute need. We provide our services to a range of organisations, depending on your requirements.

Our staff come from a range of backgrounds and have varied work patterns. This enables us to provide personnel on a 24/7 callout basis. No matter what the time of day you require us, we’ll assist you in the best possible way.

ProMed’s office is staffed between 0800 – 2200 each day (including weekends and all public holidays). Outside of those hours, our clients are provided with a direct dial telephone number to our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC). They will always try to accommodate late notice requirements.
